- Are Nights Software products open-source?
- Mainly not, we protect our resources with Escrow encryption through FiveM's keymaster program. However, some resources contain exposed parts in which certain behavior can be configured and extended by you.
- What do I need to use any resource?
- You need to set up a FiveM server and create as well as connect a keymaster server license key. Please consider reading the FiveM documentation (docs.fivem.net).
- How do I get bought assets on my server?
- You can download bought assets through keymaster and follow our documentation or installation videos to get instructions how install and configure them correctly.
- It says "Error parsing script", how to fix?
- Check that your server runs on a current artifacts version. Also make sure to unpack downloaded assets first before dragging them into the server folder.
- It says "You lack the required entitlement", how to fix?
- Please wait a while after your purchase. In the mean time make sure your keymaster server license key is set up correctly and that you own the script on the keymaster page.
- It says "Failed to verify protected resource", how to fix?
- Files were possibly corrupted during transfer. Ensure hidden files are copied. The .fxap file in a protected resource must be included. Some FTP programs skip these files.
